T.R.I.M. Designs, Inc. was established in June of 2004, with the main goal of providing leaders and managers in the direct sales industry with high-quality products and personal service for recognition and communication.

Jackie Prehn, Founder/CEO and Lead Designer

Jackie understands first hand the need and desire to train, recognize, inform and motivate a team. With 5 years experience in the direct sales industry and reaching upper leadership levels, she understands the importance of keeping a team not only “in the know”, but also making them feel like they are a “part of something great”.

Jackie has enjoyed the field of art and design as long as she can remember. She graduated from the International Academy of Merchandising and Design in 1987 and worked as an Interior Designer/CAD Designer for 7 years. From there, she worked with her husband in his business in marketing and office management. Once all three kids were born, she embarked on her direct sales career!

Jackie loved working with her team and particularly loved the leadership responsibilities of recognition and communication. Seeing the joy her team received from recognition gifts was rewarding and fun! Jackie also realized that recognition and communication sources for leaders in the direct sales industry was lacking. This is how T.R.I.M. Designs came to be! Jackie combined her love of art and design with her experience in direct sales to form a company that she can do what she loves in the industry she has a passion for - every day!

Bob Prehn, Sales and Corporate Connections

Bob brings to T.R.I.M. Designs the combined experience in sales, business ownership and the direct sales industry making him a valuable asset to the company.

Bob owned his own custom cabinet business for 12 years and has been an entrepreneur for most of his adult life. He enjoys working with Jackie and is excited to be contributing to the direct sales industry - the business of dreams!

Jackie and her husband, Bob currently live in South Elgin, Illinois with their three children, Natalie, Jonathon and Kevin, and their two Goldendoodles, Rocky and Cooper. They’re thrilled to be living the American dream and showing their children what is possible when you have a dream and never stop until you achieve it.

Tanya Marzullo, Designer

Growing up, Tanya has always had a passion for art. She graduated from the American Academy of Art in Chicago with a Graphic Design Degree. She has been involved in the direct sales industry since 1996 and has a passion for designing products to help others in this field.

Tanya lives in South Elgin, Illinois with her husband, Anthony, and their beautiful daughter, Angelina.
